TechVision365 Inc. was incorporated in Nova Scotia on June 2, 2021. From Halifax we engineer communications platforms and operate them for partners and customers in Canada, the Middle East and South Asia.
We started from the problems providers actually have: telephony licences that eat the margin, platforms that cannot carry their brand, and cloud services that cannot be installed where the data has to stay. Our answer is one multitenant platform that we host for partners or install on their servers, with the same portal either way.
Everything on this site is software we own and operate: the provider console, the customer workspace portal, the TV365 Agent apps for Android, iOS and Windows, the GSM gateway bridges and the remote-support tools. That is why we can change it quickly when a partner needs something.
Release notes and training videos are public, guides are sent on request matched to your platform, and partners talk to the engineers who run it.
