Site Survey
We agree the number of users, sites, phones, gateways and any links to the outside world, if there are any at all.
Hardware Or Virtual Machines
Your servers, or appliances we prepare, sized for the load and paired for high availability.
Offline Installation
The system installs from encrypted offline media. Nothing is downloaded during installation or operation.
Phones And Gateways On Site
Desk phones and gateways on the local network are provisioned automatically.

Updates arrive on media you inspect and approve before they are installed.
What is an air-gapped phone system?
A phone system on a network with no connection to the internet or other outside networks. Calls, administration and licensing all work inside the closed network, and software and updates come in on physical media.
Does it need an internet connection for licensing or updates?
No. Licensing works offline, and updates are delivered on media that your team checks before installation.
Can it still call the public phone network?
Only if you choose to connect it, through SIP trunks or gateways you control. For internal-only networks it can run with no outside link at all.
Who is it for?
Government, defence, justice and corrections, utilities and any organisation whose network must stay closed or whose data must never leave the site.
How is it different from the multitenant cloud platform?
