A device or app gets its configuration automatically when it is first connected or signed in, so nobody has to enter SIP accounts, servers or codecs by hand.
Which desk phones are supported?
Cisco MPP phones are proven with the cloud today; Yealink and Grandstream are in testing. Any standard SIP phone can also be configured manually.
