What is a DID number?
A direct inward dialling number is a phone number that rings straight into a business's phone system, where it can be routed to a person, group, queue or menu.
What does DOD mean?
Direct outward dialling: users call out directly over the trunk, and the number shown to the person they call is set per workspace or per extension.
Can I use my existing SIP carrier?
Yes, any carrier that supports SIP registration or IP authentication.
