An Alternative To Cisco, Avaya And BroadSoft Platforms
Providers and enterprises moving off Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Avaya or BroadSoft BroadWorks (now Cisco BroadWorks) can run their customers on one multitenant platform, under their own brand, and migrate at their own pace.
What You Get When You Move Off Cisco, Avaya Or BroadSoft
Keep Standard SIP Phones
Standard SIP desk phones register as extensions; Cisco MPP phones can be provisioned from the cloud.
Migrate Site By Site
Connect the existing PBX to the platform over a SIP trunk, then move users and numbers in stages.
Move Your Numbers
Bring your DID ranges and carriers, and route them per workspace.
Rebuild Call Flows Visually
Recreate menus, hunt groups and queues in the visual flow builder.
No Per-Feature Licences
PBX, call centre, recording and apps are modules of one platform, switched on per workspace.
Hosted Or On Premises
Our cloud, your servers, or an air-gapped installation on site.
Switched on per customer workspace with the licence, from the same provider console. See the platform
A Typical Migration
Assess
List sites, users, phones, numbers, call flows and integrations on the current system.
Connect
Link the existing PBX and the platform with a SIP trunk so both can call each other.
Move A Pilot Site
Move one site's users and numbers, with phones provisioned automatically.
Move The Rest
Migrate the remaining sites in stages, then retire the old system.
Can I keep my Cisco phones?
Cisco MPP (multiplatform) desk phones can be provisioned from the platform. Phones locked to Cisco's own call control need multiplatform firmware or replacement.
Do I have to move everything at once?
No. A SIP trunk between the old system and the platform lets both run side by side while you migrate.
