How It Works

From Trial To Your First Customer

  1. Get A Provider Console

Start on a free trial platform, hosted by us, with every module switched on.

  2. Apply Your Brand

Upload your logo and set five colours. The console and every customer portal take on your theme.

  3. Connect Carriers And Numbers

Add your SIP trunks or GSM lines and load your number inventory.

  4. Set Your Prices

Create rating plans and prepaid wallets, and decide what each licence includes.

  5. Create A Customer Workspace

Pick the workspace type and licence, assign numbers and invite the customer administrator.

  6. Hand Over The Apps

Users scan a QR code from their portal and the TV365 Agent app signs in by itself.

Questions

Questions About White-Label UC

Something else? Ask an engineer

What is white-label UCaaS?

White-label unified communications as a service is a cloud phone system, contact centre and apps that a provider sells under its own brand. The provider owns the customer relationship, the pricing and the support; the platform vendor runs or supplies the software behind it.

Is the platform multi-tenant or multi-instance?

Multi-tenant. One platform serves every customer, and each customer workspace is its own voice domain and dialplan with its own concurrent-call limit, so workspaces are isolated from each other without running a separate server per customer. Configuration is served from a database at call time, which is how capacity grows by adding voice nodes.

Will my customers see the TechVision365 name?

Not in the provider console or the customer portals: both carry your logo and colours. The softphone apps are called TV365 Agent unless branded apps are part of your agreement.

Can I use my own domain name?

On a self-hosted platform, yes: the console and workspaces live under your domain. On our hosted cloud, each workspace gets its own address and certificate on the platform domain.

How do I bill my customers?

Set per-seat prices yourself, and use rating plans and prepaid wallets for numbers and minutes. Usage per workspace is available through the API and webhooks for your own billing system.

Can I start hosted and move to my own servers later?

Yes. The hosted cloud and the self-hosted platform are the same software with the same portal, and we help you migrate your workspaces.
